Mike knows food, especially how food has the power to bring people together. Growing up in a traditional Greek family, Mike was raised with a love and appreciation for food and how important sharing a table is to the process of building a community.
Mike started Philia Foods, a Minnesota-based company specializing in delicious feta cheese spreads, with those ideas from his family in mind. Now in over 50 stores throughout Minnesota, and with a third variety (Cucumber & Dill) that just launched this spring, Mike is able to share his passion for food and community with others.
